[CHiPPS] Asking For CHiPPS Developing Manual

Hi,

     We want to  Developing  a program to solve IP problem using CHiPPS
framework and MPICH  on a cluster.
     we are new to do this, and don`t know where to begin. Is there any
Developing Manual that we can refer to ?
    Or are there any existing cases we can draw lessons from?
