[Cbc] Writing To Format Other Than MPS

Hi,
Thanks for the quick response. This was solved using the Pyomo AML. It did
respond to 'dumpsolutions' but just outputted it to the mps format. It
looks like GAMS can solve Pyomo models perhaps there's a way to reconfigure
the problem for GAMS.
