[Cbc] Newest/best cbc.exe C#/Windows version?

Hi,

What is the current newest/best cbc.exe version for C# /.Net Core / Windows development?

From
https://bintray.com/coin-or/download/Cbc/2.10.3
I downloaded
Cbc-2.10.3-win32-msvc15.zip
Is this a "best" version for standard VisualStudio2019 C# development?


NB. I noted that the version does not allow the "-threads" setting, thus not being able to run optimization in parallel.
Is there an available 2.10.3 (or newer?)  version compiled allowing the "-threads" setting?
