[Cbc] cbc stable standalone diff Linux vs. Windows

Dear John,

we are using MSVC 2017 for compilation, unfortunately ;)

Still thanks for taking a look.
I thought the example might show up some easy to fix issue.
If this goes deeper, we must live with it as is ATM.
