[Cbc] cbc stable standalone diff Linux vs. Windows

Christoph,

It is a maximization problem - so I am not worried that Linux gives a 
better solution.  Are you using Cygwin?  If so you should be able to get 
same result and I might be able to help.  Otherwise .......

Continuous solution seems to be integer and clean and same objective.   
Scaling off gives same objective on Linux.
