[Cbc] Fix for long names

Dear CBC users,

I was getting some errors when solving some CBC models recently. Today I 
discovered that the problem was that, when models with large 
variables/constraint names (>80) were loaded, some invalid memory writes 
were done in CoinUtils. Just pushed a fix in trunk and stable.
