[Cbc] Decimal round off in cbc

Hi,

Most LP based  solvers use limited precision (double) to compute 
solutions. Thus, you can expect some "trash" to appear after, say, the 
9th decimal place.

Gurobi has a special mode where quad precision is used.

GLPK has an exact mode but I think that it only applied to LP (no MIP).
