[Cbc] Latest available binary of CBC

Hi!
I just wanted to check the latest available versions. Currently I can use cbc.exe build from 24.12.2013 in COIN-OR Optimization suite version 1.7.4 and there is also available standalone cbc binary version 2.7.5 from 10.11.2011. 

Am I right that there is no binaries for the latest versions and one is required to build them himself?
