[Cbc] Cbc bug

Hi,

I'm doing tests with your MIP here and the error does not occurred.

I'm using the current CBC 2.9 stable (with will become CBC 2.98), you 
can download it with:
svn co https://projects.coin-or.org/svn/Cbc/stable/2.9 coin-Cbc

Could you try with this new release ?  Some fixes were made since 2.97...
