[Cbc] Cbc bug

Hi Cbc,

I encountered the below with the attached mps file (in zip format). I 
used cbc 2.9.7 on linux machine.

Cbc0010I After 192800 nodes, 92 on tree, 1e+50 best solution, best 
possible 40 (4433.39 seconds)
Cbc0010I After 192900 nodes, 96 on tree, 1e+50 best solution, best 
possible 40 (4435.83 seconds)
Cbc0010I After 193000 nodes, 96 on tree, 1e+50 best solution, best 
possible 40 (4438.38 seconds)
Segmentation fault (core dumped)
