[Cbc] CBC crash reporting in OpenSolver

In OpenSolver for Excel, You can use the OpenSolver:"View last model .lp 
file" (in versions before 2.8.0) to open OpenSolver's .lp file that is 
the input file to CBC. This opens the file in Excel; you can then either 
copy and paste the contents into an email (pasting as plain text, 
please), or use SaveAs to save the file to a suitable location.

In OpenSolver 2.8.0 and later, the OpenSolver:"View All OpenSolver 
Files" menu will open the directory containing all OpenSolver's working 
files, including the .lp file that is the input to CBC. Sending this to 
the CBC developers will help them debug the issue.
