[Cbc] When should -extraVariables be used (followup about .mps file)

I could not attach  the .mps file that I referred to in my previous 
message, because it was too big (about 5 M). If anyone is interested in 
helping with this problem, contact me, and I can send it to interested 
individuals without swamping the inboxes of the uninterested.
