[Cbc] CBC MIP wrapper for glpsol (i.e. GLPK Solver)

Hi,

I am sending a copy of gurobi_c.h (attached), just in case somebody
wants to see how it look like.

Any CBC source code (*.c and *.h) might be useful to mimic this header?

Cplex.h and Cplex.c (hack for glpk use) are included in glpk source.
