[Cbc] CBC with pthreads-w32

Hi,

I got it running and it didn't run in a deadlock, but it is usually 
crashing at some point.
Just tried again, and with opportunistic parallelism, it just segfaults 
at the root node. With deterministic parallelism, it seems to run fine, 
though (on the one instance I tried).
