[Cbc] CBC with pthreads-w32

Hi,

Did anyone have success running Cbc compiled with Visual C++ and
pthreads-w32 on Windows?

I've tested it on several problems from MIPLIB and for all problems
whenever I set the threads option to a nonzero value, Cbc freezes consuming
0 CPU and not making any progress (perhaps a deadlock?). It works fine with
threads set to 0.
