[Cbc] Multithreading support for Windows

Hi

I'm using CBC for rather large problems. It would be very helpful if I 
could use CBC's multithreading option under Windows. I found this:

It's 6 years old... Does anybody know if it still works and how I would 
be able to compile a 64bit version?

Any help would be very appreciated!
