[Cbc] Pre-built CBC binaries for trunk?, Also cross-compiling

I have played with cross-compilation, but it was never exactly clear to me
how to build libraries that are compatible with Visual Studio using MinGW.
There seem to be some additional steps involved besides just straight
compiling with the autotools. If this is indeed a viable option and you can
advise, that would be great!
