[Cbc] Pre-built CBC binaries for trunk?

There are no binaries for trunk at the moment. We are planning support for
automatic builds and once that is in place, it should be easy to get
binaries for trunk into the mix. I will say, though, that I just built Cbc
with Visual Studio 10 and it works out of the box.
