[Cbc] Pre-built CBC binaries for trunk?

Not being one who wants to deal with Visual Studio and Windows builds, are there pre-built CBC binaries (nightly) for trunk available? The binaries at www.coin-or.org/download/binary/Cbc are strictly released / tagged versions.
