[Cbc] ZeroHalf cuts

Hi,

In CBC there are some includes (which can be conditionally compiled) for 
ZeroHalf cuts.
#include "CglZeroHalf.hpp"

Since for my problem these cuts would be very useful, I checked CglTrunk 
and CBC trunk searching for this code but didn't find it.

Will this code be included in CBC/Cgl ?
