Yes,  certainly.

A pure 0-1 op is just a special case of a MIP.

                  I am new to the list. I am working on 0-1 Integer programming and searching for an open source software for this I landed up with CBC. I have read that CBC is a MIP solver. Can this be used for a pure 0-1 integer programming.
