Christos,

The matrix you are passing in is bad.  At about line 130 it should be

start[k]=k;

not

start[k]=t;

(Odd problem with just one element for each column)

Problem says infeasible - which it is.

The SOS says only one of x0,x1,x2 can be nonzero but they all have 
positive lower bounds.
