HI Calvin,
I have not done it myself. A lot of the references to "DLL" in the mailing lists are associated to ipopt.
Perhaps these tickets help.

Subject: [Cbc] Question about building Cbc in Visual Studio
Hi,
I'm pretty new to the COIN-OR Cbc solver, and I would like to ask for some help on building Cbc in Visual Studio. Given the Visual C++ solution that comes with the Cbc source code, I've managed to build Cbc as a number of static libraries (e.g. libCbc.lib, libClp.lib, libCoinUtils.lib, and so on) and link those libaries to my code. I'm wondering if it's possible to build those libraries as DLL's so that I could link them dynamically. Have anyone done that before?
Thanks for your help.
Regards,
Calvin
