[Cbc] AMPL executable for Windows XP using VS v9.0

Hello,

I am trying to get a CBC AMPL executable for windows. I am using Visual
Studio v9.0. I have all the ASL header files and the amplsolv.lib file.
I have got CBC/CLP to work with .mps files. Could somebody kindly let me
know what I do to get an AMPL executable? Should I be adding lines like
"#define CBC_HAS_ASL 1"?
