[Cbc] Cbc Numerical Instability

Hello,

Well, I tried out some MPS files generated from some of our applications and
the performance was interesting on average. Still, there were some cases
that presented numerical problems (the obtained solution was diferente from
the one presented by CPLEX).
Are there any simple option for the cbc stand-alone to help solve numerical
issues? I tried, to some success, lowering the primal and dual tolerance.
