[Cbc] using coin-or cbc

Dave,

Welcome.

Try running 'cbc', then type 'import filename.mps', and then 'solve',
and finally 'solution filename.out' to export the solution.

On linux / UNIX, you can pipe these commands into cbc just like a shell
file.
