[Cbc] using coin-or cbc

hello to everybody! I'm dave and i'm starting to use coin-or just today!!
(so i'm completely a novice with this software!)

How can I let coin-or cbc 2.00 write down the solution of a lp on a file?

i wrote:

cbc filename.mps


but it reports only informations.. thanks! ;)
