[Cbc] Cbc heuristic

I am new to Cbc. In the example fast0507, two heuristic algorithms are added
to the model, want to know at which stage these heuristic algorithms will be
run by the model, how the model will select  which heuristic algorithm to
run.
Also I have a interger problem that I have a heuristic feasible solution,
how can I set the Cbc so that it start to run based on this feasible
solution.
