Comment:

 The problem with full paths appears in the windows version of Cbc-2.2.2:
 calling
    $ cbcSolve.exe -import d:\lp.lp -solve -solu d:\sol.sol
 triggers:
    Unable to open file .\d:\sol.sol
 The same happens to clp.exe.
