 I was surprised when cbcSolve.exe (2.1 stable release) reports about error
 on reading file "brandyx.mps" (see attached). Of course, small factor is
 not part of real model. This is the result of myself-design constraint
 propagation bounds tightener (my application use CBC as exe-program).

 From my point of view CBC has useless limitation on small factors. At
 worst CBC may set it to zero.
