[Bonmin] Pb with bonmin-1.0.3

I unpacked Cbc-2.3.0.
My configure line:

./configure --prefix=/opt/stow/Bonmin-1.0.3 --enable-shared

 From the thirdparty, I get only Blas and Lapack (no ASL because I've 
got a separate interface for ASL and Scilab).

During the compilation of the Scilab interface, I linked against 
Bonmin-1.0.3, glpk-4.38, lpsolve-5.5 and Symphony-5.1.10.
Maybe the problem comes from Symphony which is built againt a different 
version of Cgl (I need to check).
