[ADOL-C] Clearing tape after trace off

Hello,

if you reuse the same tag for tracing a different function within the
program, then the previous trace with that tag is automatically cleared.
Nothing special is required there. Tapes are also automatically cleared
at the end of the program, unless they are written on disk. For clearing
traces on disk, just remove all the *.tap files.
