[ADOL-C] Licensing of ADOL-C version 2.3.0

Hello everyone.

One very important change in the latest relase requires its own post.

We have changed the licensing of ADOL-C with version 2.3.0. The dual
licensing policy is still in place but the two licenses to choose from
have slightly changed.

Instead of the Common Public License version 1.0 (CPL-1.0), we now use
the Eclipse Public License version 1.0 (EPL-1.0), which is considered
the successor of CPL-1.0. If you were using, modifying or distributing
ADOL-C under CPL-1.0 please review the EPL-1.0 license agreement.

Instead of the GNU General Public License version 2.0 (GPL-2.0) only, we
now allow the recipient to apply the conditions of any later version of
GPL also, thus the license now reads GNU General Public License version
2.0 or any later version (GPL-2.0+). If you were using, modifying or
distributing ADOL-C under GPL-2.0 you may continue to do so, or choose
to migrate to a later version also.

The new licensing is reflected in the LICENSE file in the source tree.
