[ADOL-C] ColPack integration problem

The --with-colpack=DIR option is to be used only if ColPack is placed
somewhere other than ThirdParty/ColPack. Otherwise ADOL-C will find it
on its own and use it. Without the =DIR configure assumes an answer
"yes", which is not a directory in your case.

I can modify ADOL-C to ignore "yes", but someone might actually want to
call his directory for ColPack "yes", what do we do then? :-)
