[ADOL-C] Again optimization using ipopt

Hello everybody,

I try again to use Adol-C and Ipopt together. When I turn on the derivative 
checker, I get some discrepances from the aproximated derivatives.

As I am using template methods, I do not understand why there are these 
errors. The underlying code must be the same for the calculation of the 
residuum of the constraints and the gradient.

Can you give me a hint, what's going wrong?
