[ADOL-C] ipopt interface

Hi Andrea,

thanks again for your reply. In the meantime, we were able to compile 
the latest version of adol-c with colpack on our Suse Linux. It was just 
necessary to build a newer version of autoconf (2.57). Everything works 
fine, we are now able to solve a 900 variable problem in less than a 
minute, with not to much speed disadvantages compared to manually coded 
derivatives.  Great toolbox.
