[ADOL-C] ipopt interface

This is due to a significant change in the ColPack library. Therefore,
the coupling of ADOL-C and ColPack has changed such that the old  
version 2.0.0 of ADOL-C can not be coupled with the current version of  
ColPack.

However, ADOL-C should also compile on a Suse Linux 8.1. Could you send
me the error messages such that I can check what went wrong?
