 I checked how far "Ipopt 3.11.1 w32"  could help .
 I replaced the  13 increasing size test problems by 50 problems increasing
 even more.
 Then the success rate becomes  17/50   (instead of 11/13).

 There is something happening when I chose the w32 version.
 Unfortunately, this does not really solve the issue.

 Later I will test the same on Neos, if possible (give the increasing size
 of the nl files)
