 Thanks for the idea.
 I added an objective (=0) .
 It didn't change a lot (only one error less on 3.12.8)

 I also tried with the Ipopt 3.11.1 Win32 version.
 The rate of success increases a lot, to   11/13  success/cases .

 This short table show the success and failures for each version that I
 test (w64 by default):


 version           ...|...  success   ...|...  fail


 3.12.8          ...|...  3       ...|...  10

 Note that failure still means  "Ipopt has stopped working" window.
