 I'm pretty much stumped then. Set output_file and file_print_level to
 something higher than default and do a diff of the detailed output logs,
 to see exactly when things start differing between runs?

 I get deterministic runs on your problem when I put MA57 in a separate
 libhsl.dll (linked to Netlib BLAS) and use the linear solver loader - this
 is doable on Windows with MinGW, dunno about doing it with f2c/MSVC.
