 I am pretty sure that my IPOPT mex was compiled with static Netlib
 Blas/Lapack libraries as I followed the instructions of IPOPT that uses
 f2c to build it. From Dependency Walker the mex does not depend on
 Blas/Lapack dlls. I also tried to run it with Matlab singleCompThread
 option that disables Blas multithreading, but the issue remains.
