 The function definition for Pardiso (PARDISO_FUNC) does not correctly
 support pre-4.0 Pardiso interface even when HAVE_PARDISO_OLDINTERFACE is
 defined.
 The issue being that the DPARM parameter is not part of pre-4.0 Pardiso
 function definition.
 The code needs a change (attached) to control this extra parameter with
 the HAVE_PARDISO_OLDINTERFACE define.
