 Can you please attach the config.log file from the directory where the
 problems occur, so either from ThirdParty/Blas, ThirdParty/Metis,
 ThirdParty/Mumps, or Ipopt.

 Why you seem to have Blas, but no Lapack? That may become a problem for
 certain parts of Ipopt (if I remember correctly).
