Comment:

 Actually, I would argue that this is a problem with the Pardiso library.
 Pardiso is supposed to be accessible from FORTRAN, so whatever the FORTRAN
 naming convention is should work.

 I guess we should ask Olaf to make more symbols available from the Pardiso
 library.  What exactly are the names that are currently not available in
 the Windows Pardiso library?
