 Hi,

 the check in configure whether a user-provided Pardiso library works
 assumes that it was build with the same fortran naming convention as the
 fortan compiler has that is available during the Ipopt build. Especially
 on Windows, this is easily not the case.

 The best solution might be if the check tries several combination of
 capital/non-captial underscores before and after, and remembers what it
 found for use in the Ipopt/Pardiso link.
