Comment:

 It seems the cause is that {{{-lcygwin}}} appears in FLIBS.  I made a
 change to the !BuildTools coin.m4 macros, but I cannot test it right now.
 If it works, it will be available soon in Ipopt trunk.  I leave the ticket
 open for a while to remind myself to verify that this indeed solved the
 issue.
