Comment:

 Thanks for the bug fix.  I made changes that will soon be in trunk and
 stable.

 This part of the code is currently not maintained or tested.  This came
 out of a collaboration with a student of Don Goldfarb (Lifeng Chen), and I
 think he wrote up a paper on the numerical results, but I don't know what
 is happening to it.  As far as I know, Lifeng is also no longer in
 academia, so he will not maintain this part of the code.

 His results seemed to be quite good, so maybe it does perform quite well.
 I myself stick to the filter most of the time since I know it well.  I
 don't know really which other options this is compatible with, it probably
 is OK with Hessian approximation and adaptive barrier update, but I'm not
 sure.  If you try it and it works well for you, there is no reason not to
 use it.

 I don't know if it will do a good job for MPCCs.
