Comment:

 You need to have BLAS available, either already installed on your machine
 (i.e., linking with -lblas resolves BLAS references), or you need to
 download the BLAS source code into ThirdParty/Blas.

 Did you follow the installation instructions, including the downloading of
 third party code?
