[Coin-contest] Official Rules & Contest Deadline Reminder

Dear all:

Just a reminder that the deadline for submissions to the COIN-OR
Open-Source Coding Contest is Monday, June 30th.

Attached is the "Official Rules" which are necessary to comply with state
and federal laws.    Please be sure and reveiw the rules before entering
the contest, Forward any questions to the coin-contest mailing list.
Submissions now include a few other pieces of information needed for
administrative purposes.

"Submissions must include (i) one contest category (Student or
Professional), (ii) submission type (Individual or Team),  (iii) entrant’s
names,  (iv) entrant’s contact information, and (iv) their affiliations.
In the case of a Team entry, one entrant must be designated as the
Submitter..."
