[BuildTools] how to generate configure scripts?

Matej,

	The important directory is autotools_old/share/autoconf. By creating
an empty autoconf-2.59, you made it possible to follow the 'autoconf-2.59/..'
portion of the path. But off the top of my head I see no reason for that to be 
necessary. My local setup is much akin to yours --- I park the old autotools
under /export/Lou1/CoinTools and have not run into the problem you describe.

	It's not possible, as far as I know, to avoid the Fortran warnings.
They issue from deep down on the autoconf macros.
